California's Emissions Compliance Just Got Simpler—but Not Easier. Truckers operating in California are still required to follow strict emissions rules under the Clean Truck Check program, even as zero-emission fleet mandates are paused. Key compliance steps include: ✔ Replacing engines older than 2009 ✔ Registering in CARB’s TRUCRS database ✔ Paying a $30/year compliance fee ✔ Biannual emissions testing Shippers and brokers—this affects you, too. You must ensure your partners are registered and compliant. 🔍 Stay ahead of regulations and protect your operations: https://ow.ly/jslM50VmzLf #TruckingIndustry #FleetManagement #CARB #EmissionsCompliance #CleanTruckCheck

Among them: the GHG3 rule, viewed by many as an “EV mandate.” Although the EPA may pause enforcement, California and 11 other states could continue their own emissions enforcement. 🚨 NYC’s Congestion Pricing Plan Faces a Major Roadblock 🚨 The Federal Highway Administration has officially revoked its approval of New York City's congestion pricing program, citing two key failures: ✅ No toll-free alternative routes, unlike other approved tolling programs. ✅ Funds directed to the MTA instead of solely addressing congestion. The trucking industry strongly opposed the plan, warning that rising operational costs would ultimately be passed to consumers. Now, the Metropolitan Transit Authority plans to challenge the decision. Is congestion pricing the right solution for urban traffic? Let’s discuss! 💬👇 Read more: https://ow.ly/Jf7J50V8HbG
