Our continuum of care spans western Pennsylvania and includes campuses in Oakmont, Washington, Erie and New Wilmington. Our innovative Longwood at Home program is an alternative to long term care insurance and offers retirement community benefits to healthy adults who wish to remain in their own homes, but still prepare for their future healthcare needs. SeniorCare Network, our real-estate management affiliate, offers over 35 supportive and affordable apartment communities. Presbyterian SeniorCare at Home provides private duty non-medical in-home services and support.
