Today, Pretium announced the closing of our inaugural homebuilder finance vehicles, with $550 million in capital commitments. Through these vehicles, Pretium plans to originate up to $5 billion in loans to homebuilders to create critically needed new and renovated housing stock across the U.S. Our Head of Real Estate Joshua Pristaw spoke with Harrison Connery from PERE to share more details on how this geographically diversified fund will help increase the housing supply by providing financing for approximately 12,000 new homes in key markets across the country. At the 2024 Solutions for Affordable Housing event hosted by the National Housing Conference, Pretium Managing Director Andrea Gift Allan joined “The Case for Updates: Modernizing Federal Housing Programs” panel along with Stockton Williams, Jonathan Reckford, Kris Cook, CAE, and Mike Novogradac. Andrea shared insights on the modernization of the nation’s largest rental assistance program - the Housing Choice Voucher program - to get families housed faster and to keep them stably housed.      #SFAH2024 #AffordableHousing
