Prime Care Coordination began as a means to prepare for the shift to care coordination and managed care for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Through the collaboration of providers in local communities. Prime Care Coordination was launched to assist people with intellectual and developmental disabilities with managed care and care coordination. Last week, Prime Care Coordination attended Wyoming County's Community Night Out event held at the Arcade Volunteer Fire Department. Children and adults enjoyed interacting with local law enforcement and their canine officer, as well as checking out the fire trucks, and getting info on community resources.
