Based in Appleton, WI, PRN Home Health & Therapy, LLC is a family-owned, local company providing the best quality of care possible for our patients. We provide physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and skilled nursing care for patients throughout Wisconsin in the comfort of their own home. Home in this case could mean an assisted living facility or a residence. PRN Home Health also provides contracted therapy services to Skilled Nursing Facilities. All PRN Home Health & Therapy nurses and therapists are licensed and certified and can handle even the most complex cases. Just as important, our team approaches each patient situation with warmth, friendliness, and compassion to help overall well-being. Our broad range of nursing services include: Post-surgical care Wound care Catheter care Pain management Diabetes management and care Insulin therapy Care for chronic illnesses and injuries Monitoring of vitals Controlling infections We proudly serve 20 counties in Northeast Wisconsin - Brown, Calumet, Columbia, Dane, Dodge, Fond du Lac, Green, Green Lake, Jefferson, Marinette, Milwaukee, Oconto, Outagamie, Rock, Shawano, Waupaca, Waushara, Waukesha, Washington and Winnebago.
