    Recruiter Jobs Comp Insights - 🔎 🤑 Which Titles and Employers are at the Highest Average Comp? We looked at comp by recruiter titles in job postings from April-July to understand the highest average midpoint advertised comp by titles: Physician Recruiter ($93,185), Technical Recruiter ($79,150), Sales Recruiter ($71,669), and Talent Recruiter ($70,371) are in the top highest paid titles. Employers paying top dollar include Microsoft, US Bank and StubHub.     The Great State of Texas - Top Jobs By Comp and Employers - 🚚 The highest volume of job postings (April-July) show transportation and healthcare titles in the lead. When it comes to transportation jobs the average mid comp is $347,135 for Trucking Owner Operators, while a CDL Driver is $110,036 and a Delivery Driver is $38,036. Employers with the highest comp offering in TX include: Transportation by Janett, Transport Advisers, Transport 98, and Transportation USA.     Employee Attitudes are Meh 😐 and Communication 📣 is the Top Negative Subject in Reviews from US Employees: -Net Promoter Score (NPS) declined to a multi-month low of 15.8 (out of 100) meaning there were marginally more promoters than detractors. -Neutral reviews increased significantly suggesting a passive labor force. -Communication and management continue to be the subjects that employees cite negatively. -Employees and benefits are the subjects cited most positively. Communication improvement would seem like an easy, low-cost effort to make to improve employee satisfaction - what are your thoughts?     Talent Market Supply/Demand by Industry ⚖ - Several industries with gaps have now achieved supply/demand balance or parity as of the end of June. These industries include: Transportation, Financial Services, Education and Entertainment. Manufacturing now has a slight oversupply and Utilities has a moderate unmet demand.     Compensation Spiked in June 📈 - Industry winners from May to June were Healthcare and Financial services as shown in the graph. Financial Services and Technology may be showing signs of recovery. Accommodation Services, Transportation, and Construction have shown strong gains in the last quarter. Compensation increased 4.4% in June to $58,400 on a composite basis across all job postings. Compensation has increased 9.8% over the trailing twelve months. Composite compensation had moderated between $53,000 and $54,000 for many months.
