This Women's History Month, we’re shining a spotlight on bold, brilliant women—both here at Public Works Partners and beyond. For our second feature in this month’s series, we’re celebrating our CEO & Principal and Co-Founder Celeste Frye, AICP. As an urban planner, Celeste draws inspiration from her graduate school thesis advisor, who introduced her to the concept of having a feminist approach to urban planning, economic development, and labor. Celeste continues to carry lessons from her thesis advisor into her illustrious career, all while paying it forward to the next generation. Her advice for women pursuing a career in urban planning?
