Let's learn more about Poovizhi. ❔ If you could swap roles with anyone at Purpose Legl for a week, who would it be and why? 💡 I would like to swap roles with the trainer. The trainer is involved in multiple tasks like identifying the training needs, conducting training sessions, preparing training materials, and providing feedback. The major role is to equip the team for the upcoming work. I would like to play the role for a week. ❔What is a movie/book/podcast that has significantly influenced your professional life? 💡Outsourced. It is a 2006 movie. It is humorous and insightful. It is more about cross cultural understanding. It influenced me in many ways like how to treat a co-worker and inspire them, team co-ordination, facing challenges, and how to tackle it with others help. ❔If you were going to start a charity or non-profit organization, what would it be and why? 💡I would start an old age home. The elderly people need someone to help them. They may not be able to make their own food due to some physical ailments. They have to take care of their health above all. Their sons/daughters may have different commitments so that they could not take care of their parents. They need our support during their old age. So I would prefer to start it to support them in everyway. ❔What is one trend in our industry you are excited about and why? 💡The dedication and commitment to work. People here are striving to deliver a good work product to our clients. The team's support and coordination is mind-blowing.
