When I started my bachelor's in 2017, I planned to join the industry right after graduation, drawn to the idea of creating technology for millions. Along the way, I realized I was drawn to physics research. Now, as a PhD student in Prof. Natalia Ares' group at the University of Oxford, I’m diving deep into my research, honing my expertise in spin qubit technology. 🔬New Measurements Underway!🛠️ Last week, the QuantrolOx team—Lauri V., Ziyuan Lin (林子元), and David Craig—conducted the first-ever measurements for the ARCTIC-KDT project at TNO, Delft. We tested the setup with initial transport measurements on a SET device, marking a key milestone. With the system now operational, QuantrolOx is ready to advance the characterization and control of spin qubit devices using #QuantumEDGE technology. The ARCTIC-KDT project's main goal is to develop scalable cryogenic ICT microsystems and cutting-edge control technology for quantum processors.
