We are hiring Assistant District Attorneys for the Fall 2025 Class! New ADAs begin their prosecutorial careers with an intensive, six-week-long training program which includes instructional lectures, courtroom observation and interactive workshops. Hired candidates receive practical, hands-on experience by participating in a Ride-Along with members of the NYPD, visiting the NYPD Firearms Training Facility at Rodman’s Neck, touring the New York Police Department’s 113th Precinct and the Emergency Services Unit, and Riker's Island. After completing the Incoming Orientation Training Program, new ADAs enter a rotation of entry-level Bureaus, including Intake, Criminal Court or Domestic Violence, and Appeals. In these Bureaus, they will gain experience in legal research and writing, discovery practice, and in the Courtroom conducting hearings and trials. Our Office is committed to developing well-rounded prosecutors, supporting ADAs as they navigate upwards within the office to more specialized Bureaus. Learn more and apply: https://lnkd.in/eYEPVxBi
