    For utilities, connecting with Key Account customers can be a challenge. Los Angeles Department of Water and Power needed a solution to build stronger relationships with their large business customers. Questline Digital worked with LADWP to set up a monthly Key Accounts newsletter, which provided tailored content like energy efficiency tips and water conservation best practices. Each newsletter contains a mix of original articles from LADWP and content from our Catalog, including at least one video per month. The newsletter was an essential tool for LADWP’s Key Accounts team, reaching more than 1,200 large commercial customers. And without the right approach, rural customers could feel disconnected from your utility.     For utilities, it can be a challenge to connect customers with the right assistance programs. Did you know: Personalized videos can make a difference! FirstEnergy collaborated with Questline Digital to launch the innovative SmartVX personalized video solution. The videos were sent to Pennsylvania customers who were eligible for financial assistance programs. The tailored videos captured customer attention while delivering customized information based on their eligibility. In fact, the videos achieved a 70.5% watch rate and 10,413 unique video views!
