Before you know it, you've tapped through 30 Instagram Stories, watched 5 ads, swiped up to check influencers' links, and suddenly, 20 minutes have disappeared. So what now: Post 3-5 Instagram Stories daily with candid, behind-the-scenes content. Keep your highlights updated. Why: Stories boost engagement, humanize your brand, and build stronger connections with your audience. Note: If you start posting more Stories, don't reduce the number of feed posts.
