🌟Breaking Ground on the Owens Elevated Storage Tank! 🌟 On May 21st, 2024, Aqua WSC, Quiddity Engineering, and the Owens family honored Fred "Alan" Owens by breaking ground on a new elevated storage tank named in his honor. Alan, a dedicated employee for 18 years, left a lasting legacy after his passing in 2016. Located off Highway 95 in Camp Swift, the tank will be 150 feet tall and hold 1 million gallons of water. Project Update! “Pardon the dust” at the New Braunfels Utilities Sam C. McKenzie, Jr Water Reclamation Facility! Construction is well underway on this expansion that will double the plant’s treatment capacity. New medium voltage primary electric gear, silicon carbide membrane thickeners and some of the first secondary clarifier submerged effluent launders in the state of Texas are among the new facilities at this EBPR WRF. Quiddity is proud to be working with MGC Contractors, Inc. on a fantastic project team lead by NBU PM Paula Dubois. Looking good, team!

Had a fantastic tour of Ameritex Pipe in Gunter, TX with our interns and EITs from Plano and Fort Worth! We got an in-depth look at the manufacturing process for reinforced concrete pipes and box culverts, including the casting process and a three-edge bearing test.
