The Leader in Care Operations Automation
About us
Qventus is the leading system for care operations automation. Building on formative experiences at Stanford and McKinsey, Qventus was founded in 2012 with the belief that world-class healthcare requires world-class operations. With backing from leading investors including Bessemer Venture Partners, Norwest Venture Partners, and the Mayfield Fund, the company has raised more than $45M to develop a complete system for transforming the operations of health systems and hospitals nationwide. Integrating with EHRs, the Qventus real-time automation platform uses AI and behavioral science to power best practice solutions for operational challenges in inpatient and perioperative settings. Qventus is a proven partner with hundreds of deployments in community hospitals, academic medical centers, and large health systems across the country, including Bon Secours Mercy Health, CommonSpirit Health, HonorHealth, M Health Fairview, and Saint Luke’s Health System. With Qventus, these systems have been able to achieve significant and sustained outcomes, including 30-50% fewer excess days, 1 full day reduction in length of stay, and over 2 new cases added per operating room per month, translating to over $10 million dollars of annual financial value per facility. If you're at OR Manager conference, come meet our team at Booth 320! Yesterday was a great start to the event. We hosted an educational session about using automation and AI to maximize OR growth, and had some very insightful conversations with perioperative leaders about the challenges they face and the innovative approaches they're taking to solve them. Looking forward to more of the same today! #ORMC2024 #ORManagerConference2024

Keith M Nord, M.D., Chairman of Orthopedic Surgery at West Tennessee Healthcare, appreciates the simplicity of Qventus’ Perioperative Solution. When asked about it, he had this to say: “As both a fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon and engineer, I am always drawn to technologies that catch my attention from both perspectives. Qventus is one of those unicorn technologies. As a surgeon, I truly appreciate how their unique artificial intelligence, machine learning, and purpose-built platform can help my patients get into the operating room quicker and easier. Features like TimeFinder and Available Time Outreach allow us to find open available room time in seconds while scheduling in minutes - this is everything for my staff and patients. The simple, yet elegant, interface helps keep the burdensome administrative tasks to an absolute minimum. Convenient access helps our decision making when choosing hospital partners, and West Tennessee Healthcare has been our preferred hospital in part thanks to Qventus.” #Qventus #HealthcareAI #HealthcareInnovation

Transformational Healthcare Leader Embracing Change to Better Serve Patients and Deliver Care | CEO | Board Member | Private Equity | Venture Capital | Philanthropy
At Ardent, I'm proud of the way we are leveraging technology to make healthcare better. Take our partnership with Qventus, Inc, which uses AI to make operating rooms across our system run more smoothly, for example... Navigating OR logistics to schedule surgeries can be a slow and complicated process, too often resulting in wasted blocks of surgical time and delays for patients. Qventus makes this process more efficient by using AI to predict surgeon schedules, expected case volume and OR space, and sharing this information with surgeons and schedulers to ensure the right surgeries happen in the right rooms at the right times. As a result, patients can get their procedures sooner, surgeons' time is better managed, and the OR team can spend more time on patient care instead of coordinating schedules. There's no doubt AI has the potential to improve healthcare. But it isn't a magic bullet. It's up to us to identify ways we can use it to improve broken processes or bridge time-consuming, inefficient gaps. And, most importantly, we have to answer the question: Does this make healthcare better for the people at the heart of it - the patient and caregiver? This one is a win-win and I'm grateful for our teams' willingness to embrace it! https://lnkd.in/eMzzFmBD #AIhealthcare #healthcare #innovation
