Hephzibah High School received the 2023-2024 Georgia EMC Cooperative Sportsmanship Award in the Class 3-A classification. This award recognizes high schools that demonstrate exemplary sportsmanship and ethical conduct in all sports throughout the school year. It is presented annually by EMC representatives to GHSA-member high schools in 64 regions and eight total classifications. “It's great to be recognized for doing something positive, and I think that is what sports are all about. We continue to have a positive impact on the community, on the kids, and in the school, and this represents the impact that the coaches and the players are making every day and will continue to make throughout all our seasons so we can get a 2-peat and continue to show our good sportsmanship.” Daniel Dorsey, Athletic Director and Head Football Coach, Hephzibah High School. #RCSSstrong #sportsmanship #coaching
