I echo Jenny’s shout out to the MEDICA FOUNDATION for their support of the employers who did the hard work to revise their hiring processes, align their job descriptions and establish common business metrics that allow them to become the direct funders for the training partners they are working with. Couldn’t have tested their co-designed solution without the grant award from the Medica Foundation. Rockstoria Studios® did some incredible work to showcase this collaborative effort! Can’t wait to see what comes next for this collaborative and the possibility of scaling the effort more broadly.

A big thank you to MEDICA FOUNDATION for the incredible opportunity to lead the Older Adult Services Employer Collaborative using the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation's Talent Pipeline Management (TPM) methodology. Thanks to the Medica Foundation's Community Giving Grant, RealTime Talent has been working hard to lead and facilitate an employer-led process to hire and retain qualified Nursing Assistants.
