About us

Small Nugget. Big Difference. We at Rebellyous (Formerly Seattle Food Tech) are on mission to make the perfect chicken nugget. We started by taking out the actual chicken and using protein-rich plant ingredients. Now, we’re developing a whole new manufacturing system that is cleaner, more efficient, and better for the people who operate it. Today, we make crispy and juicy plant-based nuggets, tenders and patties. Our heat-and-serve options are available in retail, foodservice and school cafeterias all over the US. Together, we’re changing the food system - one little nugget at a time.

    Hey Colleagues, at Rebellyous Foods, we are seeking a remote (US-based) freelance technical writer (consulting only; not direct hire) to start a project immediately to work on technical operations manuals for food equipment, sanitation, HMIs, and more. Please reach out via messaging (or if necessary, comment in this thread) if you have a recommendation or do this type of work. Work starts ASAP and is 10-20 hrs./wk. initially but might be higher some weeks. Project is around 2 months. Self-starters ONLY, as we are a very fast-paced team that get stuff done!     Rebellyous is lucky to have an incredibly dedicated staff that connects with our mission and loves the work that they do. Brenna Taylor, the Senior Manager of Supply Chain and Logistics at Rebellyous Foods, excitedly shared the aspects that inspire to her work at Rebellyous. Replacing factory-farmed products with plant-based alternatives is a very high impact way to create positive change."
