Sandro's deep knowledge of manufacturing equipment and systems positions him as a key driver in advancing EVERY’s bioprocess development. We are thrilled to announce the addition of Evan Geisert as our new CFO! Prior to joining The EVERY Company, Evan served as CFO at SmartWires, where he successfully led the company through a $500M IPO, and at Kairos Aerospace (now Insight M), where he spearheaded equity and debt financing efforts to support rapid expansion. We are very excited to share that EVERY has been granted a seminal patent in the European Union that covers the use of recombinant ovalbumin in a range of applications. Deepa joins us from Ingredion Incorporated and has previously held roles at Rembrandt Foods, Sensient, Fiberstar, and more, providing her with unparalleled expertise in functional ingredient sales including eggs, as well as ingredient distribution and contract negotiation. HUGE NEWS: The EVERY Company has been granted a foundational patent for ovalbumin produced via precision fermentation 🚀 EVERY Co-Founder and CEO Arturo Elizondo shared, “This patent is the culmination of nearly a decade worth of research and solidifies our position as a leader in the space. It's a major milestone for EVERY given the nature of ovalbumin as a functionality powerhouse.” This pioneering patent covers the dominant protein in eggs — ovalbumin — in wide-ranging ingredient compositions. It's another exciting step that builds on EVERY’s recent multinational partnership announcements with Unilever, Grupo Palacios, and Grupo Nutresa, as EVERY prepares to enter the mass-market.
