Yesterday, our team traded spreadsheets for spirits during an enriching afternoon at KO Distilling in historic Manassas, VA! We embarked on a fascinating behind-the-scenes tour of their craft distillery, where we learned about the art and science of whiskey-making – from grain to glass. Our team got a firsthand look at the meticulous process that goes into creating award-winning spirits. The highlight? A guided tasting experience that helped us appreciate the subtle notes and complexity of their handcrafted whiskeys. The evening was made even more memorable with mouthwatering BBQ catered by Hog Shack Bar-B-Q – the perfect pairing for fine spirits! His service includes five overseas deployments with the Marine Corps, USSOCOM, and NATO, supporting Counterterrorism and Counter China/Russia initiatives across the PACOM, EUCOM, and CENTCOM AOR's. Tyler's unique blend of operational experience, policy expertise, and strategic planning capabilities makes him perfectly suited for supporting our ATSS Task Order with ASD SO/LIC. His deep understanding of special operations, sensitive activities, and interagency coordination will be invaluable to our clients mission. We're excited to welcome Richard Goff, PMP, CFE to the Red Gate Group as our new Operations Research Analyst (ORSA) supporting the Defense Threat Reduction Agency! Richard brings over 20 years of experience in data analysis and decision support, including seven years of direct experience with DTRA in counter corruption, counter threat finance, and all-source intelligence analysis. His expertise in CWMD planning and risk assessment through DTRA's Threat Characterization/Threat Prioritization and Risk Mitigation (TCRP) makes him ideally suited for this role. Richard's deep understanding of DTRA operations and his proven track record in analyzing complex data sets to improve decision-making will be invaluable to our mission.
