🔍Discover REFEST EU Project #WeeklyHighlights 📅 #REFEST Work Plan: A Strategic #Roadmap for #Innovation 🌊 The #REFESTproject follows a clear, structured #approach to develop and implement #sustainabletechnologies for small fishing vessels. The project’s 36-month #workplan is built around 5 pillars and 8 work packages, which guide the #research, #technologydevelopment, and #implementationphases. Starting from TRL 3-4, we’re working to bring technologies to TRL 5 with the demonstration of solutions in three #fishingvessels #Denmark, #Lithuania, and #Norway before reaching TRL 6 as our goal. Our aim is to create scalable, ready-to-deploy solutions that will be tested and proven to reduce fuel consumption and emissions by up to 40% while improving vessel performance.
