Regenerative Travel’s CEO and founder, Amanda Ho, spoke to Jennifer Lee at Forbes about the transformative effect of regenerative tourism. The article features insights from Amanda and other industry leaders like Jennifer Loh, O'Shannon Burns, Sarah Dusek, Lisa Hennessy, and Melita Koulmandas. Learn about innovative destinations such as Regenerative Travel Members Song Saa Private Island, Emboo Camps, Manta Pemba Resort, and more! «It’s a type of travel that is an act of restoring, replenishing, and renewing the environment and community. It’s a reciprocity of how the destination and hotel provider really looks to actually contribute to a positive impact. It’s the restoration of the bond that we have with communities and nature.» - Amanda Ho "Emboo - A luxury, carbon neutral safari at the center of Maasai Mara, with leaving no trace at the heart of its ethos. Some initiatives detail usages of completely solar powered tents, a fleet of electric jeeps for transportation, 100% recycled water, food from local gardens, and zero chemicals in cleaning products. And the thrill of watching safari animals up close." Read the full article here: https://lnkd.in/gkDhd2F2
