We kept hearing this from RevOps leaders: as companies scale, their routing requirements become increasingly sophisticated. They're trying to handle enterprise-grade complexity—territory rules, specialized teams, product expertise, account hierarchies—while still trying to maintain a consumer-grade buying experience.
