    Guest: “I should really finish booking with that hotel I was researching last night.” Hotel: “Yes, you should! (Not that hoteliers can read minds .😉) In a perfect scenario, the hotelier then sends a shopping cart abandonment email to the guest, complete with messaging of how much they’d love for that guest to book a stay with them.
