Ready, Set, Learn! It’s time for many students to return to school, yet for the neediest the countdown to class can be especially challenging. At RGA, we are so proud to participate in programs that seek to erase limits to learning and ensure that every child has the support he or she needs to succeed. 🎒 Volunteers from RGA’s Group Re team partnered with the Greater Twin Cities United Way to pack hundreds of backpacks full of school supplies for students in need. 📓 RGA’s Black Employees Succeeding Together (B.E.S.T.) employee resource group participated in Beyond the Backback, a partnership of the Normandy Schools Collaborative and Beyond Housing to provide children with free essential items for the school year ranging from haircuts to immunizations. ✏️ RGA’s high school interns hosted a fantastic back-to-school supply drive benefiting The Little Bit Foundation, an organization dedicated to breaking down barriers to academic achievement by addressing the needs of under-resourced students. We are so proud of employees’ efforts to empower students to achieve their dreams for the future while fostering a sense of confidence and dignity. Let’s make this school year the best one yet!
