The Rimrock 2024 Economic Summit featured breakfast and an informative panel discussion with Phil Dean, a chief economist from the Kem C. Gardner Policy Institute, Johnny Clawson, president and CEO of The Clawson Group and Mark Hampton bringing 40 years of construction experience and a co-founder of Rimrock. A sampling of topics covered were Utah’s strong economy, population growth, demographic shifts, housing costs, labor force and interest rates. 

Going vertical! At nearly 300,000 sq. ft. the new Layton Station apartment community is a mixed-use project that provides residential and retail space. Amenities entail a clubhouse, game room, fitness center, pickleball courts, fire pits and gathering spaces.

Rimrock has completed various industrial projects including a manufacturing facility addition, warehouse and tilt-up buildings.  

Influenced by Western European design, The Revival Apartments is in Salt Lake City’s historic Warehouse District. The project is 142,445 sq. ft., 142 units with a three-level parking podium with five floors of wood construction apartments above. Floor plans are studio, one, two and three-bedrooms. Amenities include a media lounge, conference room, club room, large fitness facility and yoga center, bike and dog wash facilities, outdoor barbecue area, and spa. 

Utah’s first PVOLVE fitness facility was completed by Rimrock Solution in Sugarhouse. The one-level tenant improvement is 2,479 sq. ft. housing a main fitness area, private training room, lobby with merchandise, locker room, storage and bathroom.

Ready for residents, the new Saratoga View Senior Living celebrated completion with an open house Friday, June 28. Saratoga View is the first senior living facility in Saratoga Springs offering assisted living and memory care. The 74 apartments come in either studio, one or two-bedroom with 12 dedicated to memory care. Amenities include a private dining room, theater, onsite beauty/barber shop, furnished gathering spaces and walking paths.
