Exciting update for the Block 7 Parking Garage! 😀 Block 7 is set to redefine parking at the Vancouver Waterfront, with space for 831 vehicles and 10,200 sq. ft. of shops on the ground floor. This is a massive project covering 291,098 sq. ft. with eight floors of sturdy concrete. This 41,750 square foot new apartment complex will have 30 units spread over four floors and is scheduled to be finished by the beginning of this September. It will provide stable housing options for families completing OHM's comprehensive program ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments. OHM West is located next to the main Open House Ministries campus. Their program offers support services such as financial education, parenting programs, and weekly chapel services. The ground-floor retail spaces will house Secondhand Solutions Thrift Store and Wheel Deals Bicycle Shop. These spaces will offer job training and income to support community services. This project aims to help families achieve stability by providing housing and essential resources. It will also create more shelter options for homeless families in Clark County.
