Thanks to all who attended RAEDI's Communities' Council Workforce Housing Round Table event today in Byron. We had a couple of great discussions including a communities panel with representatives from the cities of Byron, Kasson, Chatfield, Stewartville, Plainview, and Pine Island. The afternoon panel included a group of builders/developers including Mike Paradise from Bigelow Homes LLC, Jamie Judisch from Noble Development, Aaron Thompson from the The Design Connection, and Hal Henderson from HGA. Special thanks to our sponsors, MBT Bank, Rochester Area Builders, and the Coalition for Rochester Area Housing, for supporting this event, and to JoMarie Morris from the Coalition for Rochester Area Housing for giving a keynote address. Finally, a big thank you to Brock Bergey from KTTC News TV for moderating the communities panel in the morning and to Pat Sexton from Rochester Area Builders, for moderating the builders/developers panel in the afternoon. KTTC News TV will be streaming the panel discussions on their digital platform in the coming weeks.
