Inspired by Roland’s iconic silver siblings, we take a trip back to the futuristic sounds of the TR-303 and TB-606 with this limited edition Serato control vinyl. Fast Eddie and DJ Haus deliver psychedelic 303 basslines on Disc 1, while J Rocc and Shadow Child offer up hypnotic 606 drum patterns for Disc 2. As was possible with the original modules, the records have been designed to be played together and easily sync to the same tempo. 🤝 Both feature Serato control tone. 🫠Happy raving at https://lnkd.in/d6auJUNi #303Day

It's a landmark day for drummers everywhere. Marking the first major product release since joining the Roland family of brands late last year, DW Drums is releasing DWe, a high-end acoustic-electronic convertible drum set that players can easily convert and play as an acoustic kit or an electronic kit. As the first collaborative project since acquiring DW, Roland supported the development of these superb drums, leveraging a combined 100 years of innovation. DWe also shares fundamental DNA with Roland V-Drums, including legendary dual-ply and triple-ply mesh heads. With the most respected portfolio of drum brands all part of the same rhythm family, the future of electronic and acoustic drums is right in the pocket.

🧡 In Memoriam: Mark Nelson It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Mark Nelson, our former Vice President of Product Management for Roland Americas. Mark was not only a pillar in the MI industry, with an impressive career spanning 35 years, but also an integral part of our Roland family for seven wonderful years. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mark was an accomplished drummer and musician, leaving a lasting mark in the world of music with his contributions to 10 albums, movie soundtracks, appearances on American Bandstand, and more. However, what truly made Mark special was his unwavering positivity, dedication, and willingness to always lend a hand. His leadership and the impact he made within Roland and the broader MI industry will be profoundly missed. “Mark was not just a colleague, but a friend to many,” says Manuele Barbini, CEO of Roland Americas. “His passion for music, professionalism, and genuine kindness left an indelible mark on all who were fortunate enough to work alongside him.” Outside of work, Mark was a passionate golfer and a loving family man, cherishing moments with his children and wife, Elise. Our thoughts and deepest condolences go out to his family, friends, and colleagues. A memorial service will be announced soon, taking place in Palos Verdes. Mark's legacy will forever be etched in our hearts. Rest in Peace, dear friend. 🥁❤️ https://lnkd.in/eABZcuEn
