We are thrilled to welcome Monica White-Mark to #TeamRossi as our new Director of Transportation Planning! Monica brings a wealth of experience in the transportation industry, including regional planning, capital programming, federal grant writing and administration, and public engagement. She held various roles managing locally operated transit systems, was a Regional Planner for small rural transit agencies across Maryland, oversaw the Charm City Circulator Bus and Ferry System in Baltimore City, and worked on consultant transportation planning projects across Maryland and Alabama. Monica serves as the Membership Chairman of the Women in Transportation Baltimore Chapter and is a member of the Transportation Association of Maryland. In acknowledgment of her dedication to mentoring young people, she was celebrated as one of The Baltimore Daily Record’s Top 100 Women in 2022. Discover more about our amazing team!
