Happy Friday from the team out in the field! We're working on social and environmental projects across rural areas in Tanzania, where our focus is on assessing and understanding the impacts of local developments. With East Africa’s rapid growth, it’s essential for all stakeholders to approach these changes with a holistic and mindful perspective, prioritizing the well-being of both the environment and communities. Sustainable development calls for an “all hands on deck” approach to ensure these initiatives truly benefit everyone involved. Here’s to progress that respects both people and planet. #SustainableDevelopment #EastAfrica #EnvironmentalImpact #CommunityEngagement

🚀 Taking environmental protection out of this world! 🌍 Our team suited up in their "astronaut gear" to tackle a crude oil spill on grazing land. While the suits may look space-age, they're essential for safely testing the site’s groundwater and assessing how we can clean up the crude oil and restore the land. It’s amazing to see the dedication and expertise our team brings to the field—transforming challenging situations into real solutions for the environment. 🌱💧 RGM Environmental, Science and Technical support services #EnvironmentalHeroes #Fieldwork #Sustainability #OutInTheField #RSKGroup

🌍 Kicking off this Monday with appreciation for the hands-on learning our teams get through fieldwork! At RSK Africa, we prioritize environmental impact assessments, measuring the effects on natural environments before, during, and after large projects launch. This fieldwork isn’t just work; it's an ongoing learning journey that brings exposure, adventure, and growth—especially for our young talent. Take David Israel, for instance. Starting as an intern, he's now an essential consultant in our East Africa team. Equipped with full PPE and a commitment to safety, David is out in the field, learning from experienced team members, exploring new locations, and working with government, local, and international stakeholders. He’s actively building his skills, portfolio, and experience through on-the-job training. #EnvironmentalImpact #TeamGrowth #FieldworkExperience #MondayMotivation #LearningOnTheJob #rskfamily
