Let’s hear Himaki Kumari Rathore who recently attended HIPO workshop by Ruder Finn in Malaysia talk about her superpower of ‘connecting’.    "Whether it's behind a 10m air rifle, zeroing in on a bull's eye, or sitting across from a client, connecting has always been my secret weapon- Connecting with the target on the range or with people in my life. Ever since I picked up that rifle, I knew precision mattered, whether it's in shooting or in communication. And just like in sports, where you need to anticipate the next move, in business, understanding my clients' needs before they're even voiced has been my game changer.  In fact, this was tested during our HIPO workshop, where we took the CliftonStrengths test and explored our strengths and weaknesses. It turns out my top domains—Relationship Building and Influencing—are the same forces that help me connect with people from different walks of life. From building unbreakable bonds to inspiring and motivating, I cherish being able to listen, understand, and create solutions that matter. My top 5 strengths? Relator, Woo, Activator, Positivity, and Responsibility—meaning I thrive on making meaningful connections and inspiring those around me to unlock their full potential. It’s why I love what I do. It’s why walking into a room, sparking conversations, and simplifying challenges comes so naturally to me. It’s not just about the transaction; it’s about building trust. I got to experience this firsthand when I met peers from different APAC regions at the HIPO workshop. It wasn’t just about sharing best practices but creating lasting connections. Those connections turned a room full of people into an energized team with a shared mission; to transform how we approach and deliver communications through compelling storytelling and a humanized touch. After all, we’re not just in B2B or B2C; we’re in H2H (human-to-human) business.  In sports, you train to win, but connection is the real victory in life. And I love every minute of connecting with people. 😊"
