In 2022 the company began providing soft products (fabrics, drapery products for roller shades, vertical blinds, etc.) in addition to their hard goods product offering (motors, components, hardware, etc.) and due to growth (over 35% in 2024), the company is looking for a Business Development Manager to work with companies (B2B) ranging from mom & pops to multi-billion-dollar window covering manufacturers including fabricators, specification business project providers for the commercial, hospitality, and residential space. The bulk of sales will be in the US with the opportunity to also cover Latin America. This is a hands-on sales/business development role to close and cover all aspects of deals from start to finish working with the customer service team, procurement, and marketing teams. In addition to a competitive base salary, the opportunity comes with a lucrative commission plan and full benefits including 401K with company match.
