Empowering Women in Technology ⭐ In June, we collaborated with our client at SLC Management to create something special! Driven by our Delivery Practice lead, Amna Tariq-Buchholz (passionate advocate for DEI), we partnered with Nataliya Becker of Becker Leadership and Cheryl Pounder (2x Olympic gold medalist in women’s hockey and TSN broadcaster) to create a bespoke and impactful EmpowHER Offsite retreat at RCYC on Toronto Islands. The delivery team meticulously planned the day with introspective and interactive exercises, inspiring speakers, learning sessions, and a dash of vulnerability, laughter, and tears with the backdrop of the beautiful Toronto skyline. For us, the day went beyond hosting - it was about making a meaningful impact. Together with SLC Management and our esteemed partners at Becker Leadership, we dove into crucial conversations, tackled challenges head-on, and ignited a spirit of empowerment among talented women in the tech industry.
