Congratulations to our client Lake Creek Industrial on their recent project approval. We were grateful for the opportunity to prepare the environmental document for this project and working with the entire Lake Creek team.
LCI is incredibly excited to announce that our "Redlands West" property is now fully entitled! This project represents not only our fourth entitlement within the City of Perris during CY 2023, it also happens to be our largest property and building entitled in LCI's five-year history! We will commence construction drawings in January and project construction starting in 4Q24. Once built, the 301,000 SF building will feature: 40' clear, 38 DH doors, 1 GL, and a GIGANTIC truck court with 164 trailer stalls.
