Saida’s Kitchen offers a culinary adventure around the colourful tastes of Africa, with a range of delicious tagine cook-in sauces inspired by the countries of this amazing and diverse continent. Authentically prepared to Saida’s family recipes, the tagine sauces are ready to stir-in meat, fish or vegetable dishes, and really deliver a great punch of flavours.
Our founder, Saida was born in Somalia, moved to Italy when she was six and now lives in London. Her grandmother, a great cook, inspired her love of food, teaching Saida to use herbs and spices, and plant-based ingredients that are so good for wellness.
Our current range of tagine sauces offer a new flavour sensation
Ethiopian : Extra spicy traditional blend of spices coriander, paprika, Cumin, Fenugreek, garlic & chilies
Moroccan : Warmly Spicy flavours with aubergines, sultanas, coriander, ginger, cumin, turmeric
Somalian : hot spicy distinctive sweet and tangy flavours with jalapeno, sultanas and a dash of tamarind for sourness
We will soon expand the product line to introduce additional African continent cuisine as well as a range of Pastes, African dry spices and African ready meal kits.
