This visionary space offers a variety of programs, including art and music classes, youth activities, and mental health support, designed to foster creativity and community engagement in Salem and Keizer. In addition to being a vibrant retail and event venue, Radness Ensues is dedicated to providing inclusive and affordable resources for families and individuals. Radness Ensues was established to fill a vital need in the Salem and Keizer areas for accessible and inclusive community spaces. Founder Becka Brisbin envisioned a place where people could come together to express themselves creatively, connect with others, and access valuable resources to support their overall well-being. The Button Buddy Collective, a core part of this mission, brings together a team of passionate volunteers and supporters who help manifest Radness in the community. The organization recently secured a building in Keizer, marking an exciting new chapter in its journey to create a welcoming and dynamic space for all. With ongoing fundraising efforts, Radness Ensues aims to support its RAD Youth Internship Program and operational costs, ensuring that the community has access to enriching experiences and opportunities for growth. Are you an educator or business leader in Oregon looking to make an impact on our future workforce? We have another way for you to do it! Educators and business leaders across the state are invited to participate in a 4-question survey aimed at shaping the future of Oregon’s workforce. The survey, open until October 7, focuses on the Oregon Employability Skills (OES) program, a key initiative that bridges the gap between education and industry through a free, open-source online curriculum. The OES program equips Oregonians, particularly K-12 students, with essential workplace skills. Upon completing the program, participants earn a badge certifying their competence in these critical areas, helping them stand out in today’s competitive job market. Share the survey with your colleagues! Respondents will have the opportunity to enter a drawing for a $50 Amazon gift card. Take the brief survey here: https://lnkd.in/gQKnRGGp More info: https://lnkd.in/gHRksfpN
