The 6 principles of sales 👇 Well said Daniel Disney! I've been following these 6 principles my entire sales career and I count all success to them, here's why... 👇 Listening is always the key to success in sales Most salespeople talk themselves out of sales They talk over their customers and miss opportunities When you listen more you sell more (actual active listening, not pretending the listen!) No one wants to be sold to, but lots have problems they want to solve Solving is the key to success in sales When you "sell" it's about you When you solve, it's about them Too many salespeople give up too early Persistence can be a game changer Don't become a pest, but don't give up early Trying once or twice more might be the difference I've always been focused on long term relationships Short term sales are easier, relationships deliver more They're harder work, but way more valuable If you just want to sell something you can end up harassing people When you want to help you become more real and genuine Be driven by helping, it's the professional way to sell And finally I'll take rejection over never trying every day of the week I'd rather have tried and failed than never have tried at all Worse case you fail Best case you succeed These are my principles What would you add? -- 👋 P.S.
