State Attorney Andrew Bain recently joined Florida State Representatives Johanna López and Susan Plasencia for a tour of local Department of Juvenile Justice facilities, including DJJ’s Great Oaks Village, the Detention Center and the Orange County Youth Academy. Together, they assessed facility needs and discussed resources vital for supporting youth rehabilitation and community safety. This visit highlighted our shared commitment to finding the right resources to support youth and keep our communities safe.
