Some of the highlights include a team AARMY bootcamp class and an exclusive tour of our project at 110 William St for our Florida team. Our team transformed this industrial space with:  🔹 New lighting, paint, and windows for the warehouse 💡  🔹 Fully renovated office spaces 🖥️  🔹 Modernized bathrooms 🚻  🔹 Milled, paved, and striped parking/loading areas 🚗🅿️  🔹 New dock doors, levelers, seals, and bumpers at loading bays 🚛📦 The project was completed in just 14 weeks, under a budget of $1.9 million! 📅💰 Thanks to our dedicated team's hard work, we've secured a second similar industrial project in Suffolk County.
