Science Visuals Coworking Sessions continue with a new organizing team! The great team that has started the initiative has passed the baton after the March session. As the new organizers, we are deeply thankful to them for building this amazing project and for giving us the chance to carry it forward. We have enjoyed the sessions so much, creating new connections and gaining valuable insights for our work. That’s why we want to maintain the current format, while also introducing some fresh additions along the way. So, if you see a visual makeover on our page, don’t worry, it’s just a new look for the same great experience! The next session will be announced in a few days, so stay tuned! Yesterday has been all about learning! After an hour filled of tasks about exploring a new technique, study new books or practicing on a variety of skills, we opened to a stimulating discussion. We spoke about fitting learning time in your schedules, shared experiences about mentoring and discussed about the options of formal training. It was such an interesting hour! As always, we want to extend a huge thank you to all the participants for deciding to spend their time with us and for sharing their expertise, their stories, their curiosity and their opinions! Let’s kick off the new year with another coworking session! Join us for a few hours of fruitful discussion and focused work amongst professionals in visual science communication. We offer a cozy environment where all levels of expertise are accepted and exchanges are encouraged!
