Founded in 1895, the Scottish Building Federation (SBF) started as a traditional trades federation to support and represent the diverse interests of its members across Scotland. Membership spans from Orkney to the Borders representing large, medium-sized, and small construction companies. Distinguished from other federations, SBF delivers first-hand business support services, becoming more relevant to the needs of those it represents.
SBF is a not-for-profit organisation, committed to supporting our Members working in Scotland. Through professionalism, exceptional service delivery and an efficient team, SBF supports businesses to thrive and adapt to the everchanging needs of the industry.
