🌟 Community Reinvestment: Local Impact 🌟 In partnership with the Washington State Department of Commerce we're excited to spotlight Mother's Arms Homecare LLC, a Black woman-owned business making a big impact in our community! Teyia Smith, the owner of this locally-owned homecare service, shared how the Community Reinvestment Plan grant has been a game changer for their growth: “Getting this grant has helped us tremendously in aiding us in having two office locations. For training new caregivers entering the homecare field as well as helping us with continuing hands-on training for all our caregivers. All the items the grant has purchased will also help us with seamless client sign-ups and seamless caregiver recruitment. Thank you for being a crucial part in helping us expand our small business.” We are thrilled to see the positive change this grant is bringing to local businesses like Mother’s Arms Homecare, enabling them to continue providing high-quality care and training within our community. #CommunityReinvestment #SupportingSmallBusiness #HomecareServices #BlackWomenOwned #LocalImpact #LocalWorkforceWorks
