NOT treating the candidate with high URGENCY. A candidate who is high performing is sought after. We have to remember this important detail within the recruitment process. The high-performing candidate is not only waiting for your company, they're waiting for that great opportunity and that great company who moves forward more quickly. If you are able to get your team to expedite the hiring process, and at minimum, being able to provide feedback within 1-3 BDs, that will help your team hire high-performing Finance talent a lot faster. And... When your team is able to provide feedback more quickly, that will also have a ripple effect on your BRAND. That high-performing candidate knows other high-performing candidates and will mention their experience to others.
