Senior Whole Health and Commonwealth Care Alliance announced a new collaboration with Hebrew SeniorLife and Boston Housing Authority that will expand place-based supports for residents at MLK Towers, a senior affordable housing site in Roxbury. Thanks to a $150,000 grant from Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services, Senior Whole Health and CCA will integrate HSL”s Right Care, Right Place Right Time (R3) model at MLK Towers, providing on-site, hands-on assistance to residents. To meet the needs of over 110,000 older adults residing in senior affordable housing sites, it is imperative that we bring wraparound services into facilities to remove barriers to critical resources and care.
