    Logistics Service Providers need to move at the pace of their customers—that means really fast. Onboarding and scaling customers proved to be a competitive edge for Standvast after they switched to Shipium. It's really all about flexibility and visibility — Operational Flexibility Carrier Selection allowed for different configurations that accommodated specifics needs for separate customers. Setup was easy and simple to update. Carrier Flexibility Carrier Selection paired with Shipium's pre-integrated Carrier Network allowed for quick implementation of new carriers as new rates were being secured, or as new customers were being onboarding. Financial Visibility Powerful reporting tools helped with the administration of billing, invoicing, and auditing of customer shipments regardless of their rate shopping scenario.

    Flexibility has become one of the most important tools for operators. The Pitney Bowes news is a great example: Companies needed to immediately react to an unexpected shutdown on the heels of unexpected price increases. So how did they deal with that challenge? In this video Anurag Allena shares how customers adapted quickly. — 22% of customers were impacted in some fashion — All of them had a plan in place very quickly — All of them were able to make the changes necessary in their Shipium account to support that plan within 5 minutes Compare that to the pain of waiting weeks or months to deal with major disruptions like this. A way to get there is through flexibility, which a microservices based integration between Manhattan Associates and Shipium achieves.
