In the month of October, SHRM at SJSU hosted four professional development events: LinkedIn and Resume Workshop, Networking and Business Etiquette 101, Mock Interviews, and Discover HR Pathways. Members learned key points to improve their LinkedIn profiles and optimize their resumes for applicant tracking systems, network in meaningful ways, and interview with confidence. They then learned about the many specializations within HR.
