Today was an eventful day for community building at Sila! In #Alameda, we punctuated the end of #WomensHistoryMonth with a company-wide Women in Leadership panel featuring our CFO, Abbey Omokhodion, our VP of Technology, Kate Martin and our VP of People and Culture, Lindsay Caldwell. The conversation offered a glimpse into their personal journeys, career paths, and the lessons learned along the way. In #MosesLake, several members of the team lent their time and expertise to help Columbia Basin Technical Skills Center students prepare for their own career journeys. Through mock interviews, the team helped to provide students with the tools, skills, and confidence needed to succeed in the job market. Big shout-out to everyone involved with building a stronger community within Sila and beyond. #BuildingCommunity #SilazensGiveBack #Sila #LifeAtSila
