Fresh off her graduation from Harvard, Grace joined the Sleeping Dog team, leveraging her degree and experience in development and home building from her native California. Grace brings with her the leadership, creativity, and organizational skills honed as a student-athlete, enriching our office every day.

Ryley began his career in construction through shipbuilding and crafting custom architectural metal elements for both residential and commercial spaces. Possessing a meticulous eye for detail and a deep understanding of the construction craft, he joined our team last year. Since then, as a Senior Project Manager, he has made an immediate impact, demonstrating his leadership skills daily.

Last week, in case you missed it, we revealed our updated logo and branding, along with the launch of our new website. Although parting with our original logo wasn't an easy decision, we are thrilled to have received generous feedback from everyone who reached out. Our intention was to honor our heritage while paving the way for the future of our company - and we feel like we accomplished that.
