I am EXCITED for our future! I had the opportunity to mentor over 100 young ladies from the Fort Wayne region today and tell them about engineering. I was blown away with how passionate the young ladies were about their dreams and aspirations. But even more so I was so encouraged with how uplifting and supportive the girls were with the mentors and their peers. I'm so excited for the young ladies I got to speak with today and I am rooting for each and every one of you. Go out, seek your passion, and serve the world! Big thanks to Melinda Bacon, PE SME USA for letting me use her Geoprofessional Business Association GEO kits to spark interest. The ladies loved building bridges.
