About us
Special Olympics South Carolina’s mission is to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes, and the community.

It is that time of year again - time for Bocce Bash! Saturday, April 27th at 9:30am at the Charles W. Johnson Stadium at Benedict College. Columbia Rotary's annual Bocce Bash is our fundraiser that supports the SPECIAL OLYMPICS SOUTH CAROLINA and our Rotary scholarship fund. Each year, our Rotary Club offers college scholarship funds to Richland One students through a rigorous selection process. Please join us this year for a great day in the sun (we hope!) playing a lovely game to support some worthy causes. https://lnkd.in/eBZBpGdm
